Description
I moved to Roswell recently. I drive in Holcomb Bridge to work. There is a huge opportunity to optimize the traffic light. Light turns red at "Eves Road". After green as you come, "Martin Landing" turns red. After green as you come the next light Holcolm Woods turns red. After green, when we come the next light Old Alabama turns red.
Feels like they are programmed to stop on every light. There are over 100 hours stop on both the direction in Holcomb Bridge road to let 1 or 2 cars go on the side road. Imagine all the pollution, waste of time and fuel with these lights being not optimized. If we do go more than speed limit, we can beat these lights which I did not want to do. If you follow the speed limits, it is stop and go.
I know it is not easy to tune the lights for different traffic conditions but definitely it can be better than what it is now.
Reduce the pollution at Roswell please.
The other 2 lights that need optimization is Nebit Ferry/Holcomb bridge and Barnwell road/Holcomb bridge.
Really appreciate your help
