This issue is NOT CLOSED. Its a violation to place garbage cans in the front yard. The code reads side of house or back. Please do not close this complaint without an explanation. They have decided to pile trash and recycling cans in front of the house 3 feet from the sidewalk. THIS IS A CODE VIOLATION. AND IT STINKS WHEN WALKING BY.
