Description

Overgrown trees are blocking the view of Ross Avenue when trying to pull out of 8th Avenue. Residents on this street need to pull halfway into the intersection before being able to see if there is any oncoming traffic. This is a busy cut through during rush hour for people avoiding the light on James street and could use a stop sign if possible, but also the tree needs to be cut back.
