What exactly do you mean “no cause”? Neighbors have requested help with abandoned large debris nearby and sanitation has removed in the past. This looks like a daybed mattress, folded and left on the sidewalk. It’s been there at least a week and a half - It’s disgusting and sitting in walking path - people walk their kids to school and pass this every day. Please explain “no cause”.
