When signs is chosen the following appears
If there is a problem with a Stop Sign, a One-Way Sign or a Do Not Enter Sign, please call the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department directly at (203) 946-8075 between 9 am and 5 pm, M -F or call the New Haven Police Department after hours or on weekends at (203) 946-6316, before posting the issue in See Click Fix. After doing so, please indicate that you've called within your See Click Fix post, so other members of the public know this has been called in. Thank you.
I would like add by posting after you call you alert others and there is a record it was called in. A delay in getting a safety issue like this one taken care of can result in a fatal accident. Can someone tell me why issues like this one are not reported by phone? This site is not monitor 24/7 by the city and some departments like the police for the most part do not monitor this site.
