Description

There is no crossing light signal on Van Vorst when you are crossing Essex Street. This is the crosswalk between Essex Smile Dental and the new Quinn building. It makes it unsafe for both pedestrians who are crossing (especially when it is the drivers green) and frustrating for drivers who miss their green light with pedestrians crossing. Would this fall under JC or Light rail for a fix?
