This tree at the Gradely Apartments on 5800 Harper is going to have limbs that break off, possibly onto traffic. This could really hurt someone, including my family who travels on Harper often because we live next to the park. They (Gradely mgmt) need to prune the heavy limbs off that are leaning way over the road, before they break off. I have this type of tree on the side of my house, so I know that they will break off as this tree can't support this kind of weight when they are protruding that far out from the trunk.
