rocks and building on Regent Home lot Builder will not clean up. Been there for 3yrs and counting.the problem address is 926 River Trail Rd Lowell NC 28098. I don't know the lot number as Regent just suck a for sale sign in but never took the time to add a lot number to it. At one time the HOA was told Regent was donating the building to Boys and Girls Club but a year later it still sits. This area is heavy with black widows and snakes. So it is a safety issue as well as a horrid eye soar.
