“No parking“ signs along westbound Irving park are inconsistent. Some say M-F 4pm-6pm others say 4pm-7pm. All of them between lake shore and broadway should say 4pm-7pm in order to maximize westbound traffic flow in two lanes the entire length during the evening rush.
