Description

The shoulder of the northbound lane of Hanover road at approximately 6414 through 6478 Hanover road pools with water after rain, significantly spreading into the roadway and causing cars to go hydroplane in a blind curve. the shoulder and road at this location have to come cracked in numerous places after long periods of pooled water that cannot drain into a nearby drain that is above it in elevation.
