The Patton Township Public Works Department has been on scene and has acknowledged the issue. A meeting, on scene, was done with Township Staff and the Property Owner. The Property Owner will be taking care of the overgrowth.

Patton Township contacted the adjacent property owner on 7/2/2013. Property owner indicated that the issue will be addressed.

Patton Township personnel were on scene this morning and the property owner has removed the overgrowth obstruction from the sidewalk. The issue will be closed.
