I have been avoiding this intersection for a while. It just takes too long, upwards of 5 to 10 min to get through. And I'm not far back in the line of cars waiting to cross over Twp. Line. The same thing is happening at the Edmonds Ave intersection with Twp Line in the morning. At one point this week, it took 9 min for the light to change and quickly turned yellow after only 3 or 4 cars proceeded. I hope Penn Dot does something soon.

Ever since they put in the new lights it has been like this, cars backed up past Pilgrim Rd waiting to cross over Township Line Rd. The light is so out of whack that traffic is still bad around 6:30 pm.

Most lights have sensors, but not all drivers are aware of them, or aren't on top of them. If the first car isn't lined up correctly, that could prevent the sensor from being triggered and, therefore, lead to a long red light. It would probably help if the township made those lights sensored if they're not already, AND post signs at all sensored lights indicating where to try to have car lined up.
