the house is abandoned and is delapidated. gutters and downspouts are falling off, 3rd floor door open since January 2019, trash and stolen bike in side yard,overgrown trees, shrubs, grass, weeds, animals seen on property include possum,mice, skunks, there is peeling paint and collapsing soffitts

The property owner was sent a violation notice given them 30 days to repair the gutter in front, the fallen soffits, deck railing repair/replacement, and to paint the house. The notice was signed for on June 7th. Follow up is due next week.

Court this morning. Sarah was in attendance. Judge Daugherty has set the next court date for 7/13, and instructed her to have the repairs and maintenance done by then. Code Enforcement will be working with her. Will update again once I have more information.
