Description

Construction MOT has Pedestrian area too narrow to be ADA compliant and has numerous potholes & bumps. Area at the north end, by Independence, is completely unprotected.

Issue was previously submitted as 18-00020618 / 4022353 and marked as resolved, but the issue was not addressed (it's actually gotten worse; the path has become narrower).
