Ever since that car accident that knocked out the lights, the timing has been way off, causing traffic to spill into the neighborhoods.

Yes, this intersection has become a nightmare since the timing changed about 6 weeks ago. Traffic is piling back up Hammond Street in both directions to the point where it's unbearable even outside of rush hour.
