This has been going on for years, and the truck messes up the sidewalks and turns the grass into mud. This needs to be dealt with its not right when we are in such need of parking spaces here in the Village.

I completely agree...my comment was meant to address what I see as the actual issue. The police are unwilling to do the work if it's not able to be done between 9am and 5pm.

Yes, hard to ticket illegal overnight parking if you do a drive by at 12 noon.

Thank you for asking the right question Reek...No one seems to want to address it properly. If a violation happens at night...who do you call? If the police, why are they unresponsive? If Zoning, well, apparently they don't work evening/night hours...
