I have passed the information on to authorities and would recommend anytime you see something in traffic, posing a danger to motorists, please contact law enforcement to have it removed immediately. Items in traffic are considered an emergency and calling 911 would be appropriate. We do not monitor Click 'n Fix continuously which is why contacting law enforcement directly is so important.
