To whoever put in this report: can you explain to me how that’s causing a health hazard to the neighborhood? And before you get upset, the reason I’m asking is because I’ve been fighting with the City for over a year regarding two huge piles on land owned by Kevin Farrow at the intersection of 5th St., South and 13th Ave., South and the DRC just keeps giving him extensions to get those piles leveled out. However if you could explain to me how those are a health hazard I might be able to get someone in the health department to force Kevin Farrow to finally do something about this disastrous mess !
