Descrizione
I live behind Carl Munck elementary school. I have a dead tree that the Oakland fire department has asked me to remove. The tree service needs access to the school parking lot to access the tree. Do I need permission?

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting OAK 311, but additional information will be needed before your service request can be processed. Is the tree on the school's property or your property? Is the tree a Monterrey Pine or Eucalyptus tree? This information will help us better process your request. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

The tree is on my property, but right next to school property, and access is only possible from the school parking lot.
I'm not sure what species the tree was, but it is dead, dried up, and fallen on the ground. This is not about permission to remove a living tree.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting OAK 311 regarding this matter. Public Works does not have jurisdiction on trees on private property. If the private contractor needs to gain access to the property from the school's property, you might want to reach out to the school regarding gaining access to their property to have the tree removed. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
