very busy intersection especially during school hours and commuter hours ..need a 4 way blinking stop sign...cars speeding during the late hours..thruway for watertown mall/ schools and belmont..

I use this intersection every day as well - it is scary.
If there are cost considerations blocking the placement of a light please consider a 4-way stop sign.
The intersection of School & Fairview on the other side of Belmont Street has this setup and it seems to work quite well.
