This issue is not a violation of the city's code of ordinance due to the time. It was entered after 6:00 p.m. the day prior to a scheduled trash day and the time the violation was observed was not entered. I am scheduled off work Saturday through Monday, but will schedule myself to drive through on the next following non-schedule trash day upon my return to check each address for violation(s) which will be Wednesday (7/10/19).
