This downed sign was previously reported 5/19/2019 under service report ID# 19-00267332, which was marked last week by DC as resolved. As of 7/9/2019, the sign is still laying along the sidewalk next to a tree opposite 325 P Street SW, on the Ft. McNair side of the street.
