Description

This is an apartment complex with a restaurant also sitting in the parking lot. The garbage dumpsters are overflowing with Furniture toilets renovation processes and all other kinds of garbage. The smell is horrible the visual is horrible. It makes you embarrassed to have guests come to your apartments. And the reason I am reporting this is because yesterday there were several rats running around. At this point I would guess it has become a health hazard
