Building with many apartments in it always has papers and other printed materials left on front porch that no one picks up. During the fall, the stuff starts blowing all over Pearl St and beyond for all the other neighbors to have to deal with and pick up. Maybe someone could suspend the free paper deliveries there or the tenants could actually pick up their mail, etc. and recycle or dispose of propertly.
