"Your Notice of Violation instructing the property owner to cut overgrown grass and weeds, and to contract with a landscaping company for continued and ongoing maintenance for this property"
… as this situation as not yet been resolved as reported 06-18-2019.
Issue reported 06-18-2019:
"This property is YET AGAIN violating the tall grass. They cut about 3 ft. from the sidewalk, while the grass continues to continuously grow taller beyond the 3 ft. which clearly visible from the all roads at this intersection.
We have been repeatedly reporting this site that grossly neglects this property and only after we the citizens report it, then only do they after long periods of time respond by cutting just the 3 ft edge of the property. Last time, after repeated reports to the city, they finally cut all the grass, but we're back to square one, where we the citizens have to babysit the condition of this neglected property. Please ensure this property owner/company (located in another state) makes a PERMANENT ONGOING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with a landscaping company to cut the grass regularly at the property they own in our city.
Surely, I should not need to babysit this property, if only the responsible department in our City takes this situation seriously to appoint a 'responsible employee' in that department to oversee and frequently monitor such problematic properties, so we taxpayers and homeowners would not have to do the work we pay our City taxes for.
