Description
This yellow cable runs from a pole in alley along rainwater ditch, then above ground to power pole at curb, then up the pole and across the street to a neighbors house. Cable is constantly exposed to power mowers. Can you tell which cable company is responsible and should be contacted? I have another pick of the yellow-to-black cable connection fixture on base of curb pole.
