Items hanging off of the home. Garbage cans left on the sidewalk for days. Furniture left on the driveway. Children’s toys, scooters, bikes, left on the side walk and in the yard. Items hanging from the trees, roof, windows, front door. I’m not sure if this is “decor” but it looks ridiculous and is devaluing the neighborhood even worse, especially because their neighbors are the ones with 6 foot high grass at the moment. There is also always garbage in their front yard in the bushes, you can see it while walking by, and it’s been accumulating over the last few months. Bushes are growing over into the sidewalk too.
