It needs to be open on Saturdays, at least. I used to go nearly every week with my young son, but now that he's in school he just doesn't have time to go that is reasonable (ie: not dinner or other activity time) So we are stumped many Saturdays for inexpensive things to do. It used to be the "library time."

I costs money to keep the library open. WE are lucky to still have such a grand library (and the branch locations)still open. Many libraries throughout the state have closed or are on the verge of closing.
