Hello Jack,

There is a fire hydrant beside a construction site on St. Lawrence St. Which is completely camouflaged with weeds that have grown wild. I am sure firefighters would not find it in an emergency nor would the drivers who pay to park their car on the street. I found myself in that situation yesterday where I thought I parked in a legal spot and paid for the day only to find a ticket for 100 dollars on my windshield. I had to search to find the hydrant and saw only a small tip peaking out from the weeds. I took pictures and will be happy to share them with you.
