Also I forgot to mention. There are weeds in the side walk and driveway that are quite big and definitely a trip hazard. Back yard has piles of grass from when the city contractor cut it last time it's going to cause rats.

Grass is still not mowed in the backyard even taller now. Weeds still tall in front of house and sidewalk. Front yard was finally mowed, but owner refuses to mow the backyard and remove weeds in the front back and side yards. When are these issues going to be addressed???
