We have identified the area of your concerns. As you mentioned, this is the transition between two different roadway projects that took place in the past.
This section of roadway does have an uneven transition but, it does not seem to be causing and damage as there are no signs to the surface of damage.
We will add this area to our list of roadway repairs.
