Area was last trimmed in 2013. Unfortunately due to the large backlog of trim areas an exact date can not be given at this time on when trim crews will be entering that area.

That is not acceptable, the branch is dead, and it is over the sidewalk and driveway, if it falls, and there is a car parked there or someone standing there, there will be property damaged and/or injuries. The county has been made aware of the situation and declined to resolve it leaving them liable for damages and injuries.
