Thank you for this information. Community Resource Officer Taylor mostly works during the day hours, but we have police officers working in the evening and overnight hours. When Officer Taylor did see a van parked on the private property, and it was properly registered. When the property was viewed on 08/12/2020, there was minimal sand on the side walk. The vehicles are allowed to park on their private property; there is no violation of law or ordinance. The property owners will be instructed to sweep/clean/ keep the sidewalk free from obstruction.

On 08/17/2020, the homeowner was notified and will clean up the sand. This should be considered resolved/closed.
