Description

The house has never been maintained since these people have lived here. The gutters are falling off, weeds growing from the roof, shingles on the roof falling off, the front porch is hoarded up with junk, the weeds in the back are so overgrown they have turned into trees. The front yard is so full of dog feces that they are letting them go in the driveway now. They have never cleaned it up since they've lived there. You can smell it just by walking by. They recently cut done part of a tree & bushes & just left the huge pile in the front yard for animals to live under. We are tired of smelling dog feces everyday. Please help. Thank you.
