Escalate? Also now there is sinkhole near this area that is as deep as a small child. It is next to the playground. Project manage together?

Good evening, we have been advised that the Department of Public Works will be making the repairs to the sidewalk and the Parks Department will be assessing this sinkhole. Unfortunately, they advised there is not a timeframe that can be given, however, they will be resolved as soon as possible.
