S. Tracy (from Garfield to Mason)is really torn up. Some of its naturally occurring, but there are a lot of those dug out squares caused when the city was doing maintenance. Looks like they made an attempt to fill them in, but the fill is just sinking down, leaving abrupt edges all over the place.
