Sharraxaadda

Part of our street was repaved last year. Since then, it's be deteriorating and leaving concrete /patch material all over our street. When cars drive through, it's spreading it everywhere. We cannot clean by our curbs because there is too much concrete . Plus the cars slide on it and its going to cause an accident. Can someone please come and clean this up? We can't throw it away in the trash because it would be way too heavy.
