Description

Mr. Mullins has bagged debris, only three, setting by his garbage cart and the garbage man did not get them. He wanted to know the protocol of bagged debris and I advised that the garbage man will usually get anything less than 10 bags. Mr. Mullins said that's what he thought, but now he is having to call for bagged debris. Please let us know what the protocol is for bagged debris these days. Thanks.
