Guy in building E does nothing but moan and groan about everyone and everything. He talks about all residents, reports residents for things HE feels are unacceptable. Its borderline harrassment and its getting really old. He needs to just buy a house and put the residents out of their misery. Makes it very uncomfortable to even breathe for fear of him saying something.
