PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!! Basement tenant at 8729 143A Street in Surrey STILL starts his motorcycle a few times during the week at about 7am and on weekends in between 7am-8am. After he starts it, he lets it run for 30 minutes and sometimes more and it is SUPER loud. He revs the engine as well which makes it even louder. On weekends especially he wakes our whole house up and I'm sure other neighbours. This has been going on for OVER 2-3 months now. He has been given a letter but that did not help and we have tried our best to bare with it without complaining but it has gone on for too long. Anything you can do would be appreciated. Thank you!
