This is a seemingly perpetual problem. Year after year, this private business continues to treat the public right of way as their personal property, putting people at risk. Clearly, whatever minimal levels of enforcement have been enacted previously haven’t been enough. Please find a way to put an end to this.

The City needs to install physical separation between the path and the adjacent parking area or Hall's is just going to keep doing this.

There are stacks of flex posts and armadillos sitting unused in storage from the old protected bike lane that was removed from North Ave. Why not use them here to keep Hall's from parking in the right of way?
