I received complaint this morning. A health inspector will be assigned to the case.
A courtesy call was placed to owner. He was informed that the health department will be following up with him after the inspection.

You give me appointment at 9am today nobody show up or call. Thats not right. I took morning off from work

7/16/19 @ 9:05 am - At the time of the inspection rodent droppings were found in the following 1st floor locations: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom closet & HVAC closet.

7/18/19 - A Notice of Violation letter was mailed out to the property owner by certified mail.

7/22/19 - Beechmont Realty receives the certified Notice of Violation letter from the Bridgeport Health Department. Beechmont Realty has 14 days from 7/22/19 to comply with the Notice of Violation letter.

7/24/19 @ 10:03 am - Spoke to Judith from Beechmont Realty over the phone regarding the Notice of Violation they received on 7/22/19. Judith said they waiting to get a quote from a CT licensed exterminator to exterminate Unit B212 for rodents. Once they have a CT licensed exterminator & completes the work; they will fax the extermination inspection report to the Bridgeport Health Department.
