I heard back from our regional office and UDOT is unable to be of assistance. The rough part of the joint is associated with the section that is maintained by Taylorsville City. Still a problem

Thank you for submitting the request however you may have noticed that it is listed as an "unaffiliated request." That means the entity that has jurisdiction over the road isn't using See Click Fix. UDOT has opted to use the service but we only maintain state and federal routes like S.R. 68 (Redwood Rd.) and U.S. 89 (State St.). 1831 Bennion Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84118 at this location is maintained by Taylorsville City.
