There is frequently a traffic bottleneck at this four way stop created by the line at the gate to enter the Altitude apartments. As a result, drivers who aren't waiting to get in pass on the double yellow, creating a hazard on the three other sides of the stop. It's a total mess to the public road caused by the private complex because they cannot seem to handle access control efficiently.
