These pile of leaves are actually on the Elvira Street Side at corner with Glenville Ave. These leaves have been sitting here for months. Please tell owner to pick them up AND there is a tree overgrowth on the Elvira Street side that impedes traffic. Please cut tree branches overhanging city street.
