I placed numerous complaints on this property (3901 27th ave N). He has multiple types of fencing and hooked his fencing to the adjacent fencing to the property east of him. He also has encroached on the property line of the property east of him. When is code enforcement going to draw the FINAL line with this person who repeatedly violates codes, "cleans up" enough to get them off his back, then violates again?! He's a hoarder.
