Description

At Dudley and Madonna, the traffic light cycles through every possiblity, including red in all directions for pedestrians, even when the button has not been pressed, or when cars are not present on Madonna or St. Pius.
This needs to be fixed, because it is causing unnecessary delays on Dudley.
