Description

There is a rat burrow behind the dumpster and city garbage cart between the sidewalk and building. Rats live under the side walk next to the garbage containers. The rats have chewed holes in the lid of the dumpster and the city garbage carts. Pockets is a food restaurant providing rat feeding.
