This has been a problem for 3 years. Previous owner passed and house went into foreclosure. Sat vacant for a year. Gentleman with serious dependency issues bought and moved in, then committed a felony and is now in prison. House is vacant but I assume is still owned by him. Overgrowth is tremendous and no Code Violation notice is going to fix that since the gentlemen is incapacitated. So, what are the options? Can the city come mow?
