No work has been completed. Will send final notice letter.

This has gone on for years at this home. He built the fence so one one could see in. Just rrashy

Left door hanger for someone to contact our office or I have to move forward with citations

Property is still in foreclosure, but due to Covid, it has been pushed back.

Um he still lives there and has added more vehicles to the pile. I have seen rodents in his yard and stray cats living on the property. Cars are seeping oil into the ground water as well. Ive also heard from his neighbor that inside the property is a hoarding issue with small walkways surrounded by junk.

Really. This has been going on for over two years. Apparently you can’t do anything.

This was only a copy of the notice. I understand your frustration, but please be patient. This issue is working its way through the court system

Grass is not being maintained. Left door hanger to have grass cut.

7/30/2020 there is a post in this thread that if the vehicles weren't addressed by 8/14/2020 action would be taken. Just wondering where we are at with that. Come on let's be real he doesn't care and nothing will change. This has been going on now over 3 years in this thread alone. Greenfield has ordinances that are apparently non-enforceable.

The property owner was issued citations for these violations and is currently in the court system. please contact City Attorney for an update.
